Ready to stay sharp this off-season? Join us for the Folkstyle Wrestling Showdown, a FREE, twice-monthly gathering for high school wrestlers — male and female — looking to train, drill, and compete with some of the best local talent!
When:
🗓 Sundays, 2–4 PM
– May 2 & May 18
– June 15 & June 29
– July 6 & July 20
– August 3 & August 17
What to Expect:
Each session will feature a combination of competitive drills, technique work, and modified matches to keep you growing and sharp during the off-season. It’s the perfect opportunity to test your skills, push your limits, and connect with other serious wrestlers from the area.

Who Can Attend:
– High school wrestlers (grades 9–12)
– Open to both male and female athletes
– Wrestlers from any school or club are welcome
What You’ll Need:
– Signed waiver (available on-site or request ahead of time)
– Wrestling shoes, running shoes, mouthguard (optional but recommended), water bottle, and competitive spirit!
