With an emphasis on speed, coordination, and overall athletic development, this program ensures kids stay active while having fun. Adult Boxing for ages 14 & up develops technique, power, and endurance through drills, mitt work, and controlled sparring. Students train in novice and advanced groups based on experience.
Muay Thai for ages 8 & Up offers student an opportunity to learn the art of eight limbs, utilizing punches, kicks, elbows, and knees for effective striking. Training is divided into novice and advanced levels.
